Welcome to Ostalapia, a restaurant that combines local cuisine and an authentic setting in Ahetze.
We’re continuously on the lookout for new local farmers to add fresh recipes to our menu. That being said, the farm also continues to offer its trademark dishes that everyone enjoys year-round.
These include the carpaccio of porcini mushrooms grilled on the plancha, pan fried sweetbreads with porcini mushrooms (calves fed on their mother’s milk), smoked Banka trout (smoked onsite) served with trout roe and dill-flavored whipped cream. And let’s not forget the matured prime rib cooked over a wood fire and its marrow bone.
