Open in July 2020, LES VAILLANT, Father & Son, is a 100% homemade restaurant and mainly organic sourced ,.. with its pretty terrace, on one of the most beautiful squares in Bordeaux, in the pedestrian area of Saint-Pierre (Church), within the district of Historic Bordeaux, close to the banks of La Garonne, the Place de la Bourse and the Water Mirror.
Les Vaillant is a family story: that of a father, Stephane, and his eldest son, Carl.
