Welcome to Sushiwave a Sushi and Sake bar in Biarritz France.
After many travels and several years spent abroad, we decided to return to our home region in order to share our rich culinary experience with you.
One of our goals: to prove to you that there is more than just raw fish in a sushi restaurant! The other: to introduce you to sake, the traditional drink of Japan!
All our sushi is rolled to order. The rice is cooked before serving. The salmon comes from Scotland Label Rouge, the sea bream from the Saint Jean de Luz fish market or farmed and the tuna from the Indian Ocean.
