The restaurant was established in 2015.
Inspired by the surprising encounter of Rogelio, a young Mexican vegan who owns a self-sufficient ranch in the Sierra de Baja California, our cuisine is fair trade and Mexican-inspired, primarily plant-based, using organic, local, and seasonal produce.
Every day, we strive to showcase the connections between Mexico and the Mediterranean and demonstrate that it is possible to offer cuisine that is both exotic and local.
